Replacement Card Information
Lost or otherwise damaged cards will be replaced for an $8 fee. If you order a replacement card online, it will arrive within 30 days and you will be given an opportunity to print out a 30-day temporary card once your credit card payment is accepted that can be used until your plastic replacement card arrives in the mail.
You will need to provide one of the following reasons for replacing your ATV Safety Education Card:
• My legal name has changed
• My street address has changed
• My card information is incorrect
• My card was stolen
• My card was destroyed
• My card has a printing error or physical defect
• My street address has changed

Order a Replacement Card
If you need a replacement card for yourself or any riders on your account, please follow these steps:
STEP 1. | Login to your Account. |
STEP 2. | On the Dashboard or left navigation, click the "Get Cards" button. |
STEP 3. | Check the box(es) to the right of the rider's name that need to order a replacement card. Click the "Order" button. |
STEP 4. | Decide if you will be paying by Credit Card or Check/ Money Order. |
STEP 5. | Review and/or edit card, give a reason for replacement, check the declaration box. Click "Continue." |
STEP 6. | Pay for the Replacement Card. |
If you do not receive your plastic wallet-sized card within 30 days after ordering a replacement card online, please call OPRD at the following toll-free number: 1-877-772-3359.
