Replacement Card Information

Lost, stolen or otherwise damaged cards along with cards needing an address change will be replaced for an $8 fee. If you order a replacement card online, it will arrive within 30 days and you will be given an opportunity to print out a 30-day temporary card once your credit card payment is accepted that can be used until your plastic replacement card arrives in the mail.

Order a Replacement Card

If you need a replacement card for yourself or any riders on your account, please follow these steps:

  1. STEP 1. Login to your Account.
  2. STEP 2. On the Dashboard click the “Get Cards” button, or on the Home page click the “Request Replacement Card” button.
  3. STEP 3. Check the box(es) to the right of the rider’s name that need to order a replacement card. Click the “Reorder” button.
  4. STEP 4. Decide if you will be paying by Credit Card or Check/ Money Order.
  5. STEP 5. Review and/or edit, give a reason for replacement, check the declaration box. Please be sure your mailing address is current prior to requesting a new card. Then, click “Continue”.
  6. STEP 6. Pay for the Replacement Card.

To order a safety card by mail, please fill out an application form and mail in.

If you do not receive your plastic wallet-sized card within 30 days after ordering a replacement card online, please call OPRD at the following toll-free number: 1-877-772-3359.
